The staff were extremely friendly, allowing us a late checkout. Convenient location near the city center and major sights. Cleanliness of the hotel facilities and the delicious breakfast.

Consider staying here if you plan to visit old city of jerusalem. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Abu Shanab that was only 20 minutes' walk away.

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. The staff was super welcoming and friendly, allowing us a late checkout despite the hotel being fully booked. We enjoyed the hotel's amazing facilities, including a spa and pool available during the summer months. This hotel is located in a normal neighborhood near the city center and has convenient transportation options. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.

Not one thing to dislike about the hotel or this city.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at this hotel. the establishment's proximity to the city center and a few great restaurants like Al Baidar made it easy for us to explore the area. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with elegant furniture and an amazing view. the bathroom was spotlessly clean, and we were impressed by the facilities provided by the hotel, including the massage rooms and the dining area. the staff was friendly and always on hand to help us with whatever we needed.

For such a beautiful hotel, the breakfast was sadly below-par.
